Jeffrey Frank Greene, 60, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 23, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born May 23, 1963 to the late Frank H. & Virginia Dare Smith Greene. He was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. He loved to ride his Motorcycle. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his brother: J. Louie Greene.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2023 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Thursday will be: Louie Greene, Paul Bellamy, Dale Fair, Johnny Crowe, Wes Johnson and Tim Higgins.
