Jeanne Snavely Trautman, Elizabethton, passed away February 28, 2023. Jeanne was born in Elizabethton, TN September 04, 1945 to the late Robert Lee and Mildred Adams Snavely. Jeanne graduated from Elizabethton High School in 1963. On June 27, 1970, Jeanne married the love of her life Joseph Tautman and they settled in Meriden, CT. Jeanne was knowledgeable in many subjects especially history and nature. Jeanne had many interest including fine arts, old monies, a very large variety of music and was an avid reader of both fiction and nonfiction books. Jeanne's favorite place was in Paris. Jeanne loved football and auto racing.

She is survived by the light of her life, her son Mark Trautman (Mary Beth), of Florida, a sister Nancy Greenwalt of Missouri, brother, David Snavely of Texas, sister Linda Feathers of South Carolina and many cousins and nieces and nephews including her very special great niece Jessie and Maia Bartone. She was predeceased by her brother, Arnold (Johnny) Snavely.
