Janet Renee Perrigan Arnold, 57, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023 in the Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport. She was born September 30, 1965 in Elizabethton to the late Ferrell & Sherry Turner Perrigan. She was a homemaker. She loved her family especially her grandson, Jackson. Janet was a member of Gap Creek Christian Church.

Survivors include her Sons: Clinton & Chassity Arnold and Joshua Arnold & his fiance Hannah Rasnick. One Grandson: Jackson Arnold and one on the way Dax. The father of her children: Clifford Arnold. One Brother: Bryan Perrigan & wife Lisa.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Wednesday, September 20, 2023 in the Gap Creek Christian Church with Mr. Craig Layfield, Minister officiating. Music will be provided by Bobby McGee and Joseph Lauria. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Nursing Staff of Wilcox Hall for the excellent care she received. It was her wish to be cremated.
