James Keith Elliott, 72, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at his residence after an extended illness. He was a Carter County native. He was a son of the late John Myles and Ruby Lee Ward Elliott. He was a graduate of Hampton High School. He retired from Colorworks.

Survivors include his wife: Robin Finney Elliott and one son: Joshua Elliott. It was his wish to be cremated and no services are planned. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
