Greyson Lee Henry Walsh, 14, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born October 7, 2008 in Johnson City. Greyson was a handsome special needs boy with Dandy Walker Syndrome. He loved music and bright lights. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather: Larry Joe "Paw Paw" Walsh and his Paternal Grandmother:"Mamaw Pam" Murphy.

Survivors include his Mother: Sherry Walsh, his father: Bradley Murphy. His Siblings: Makayla Anderson, Holden Miller, Haley Miller, Jake Murphy, Brevyn Miller, Chevy Miller, Austin Hatley, Dax Murphy and Phoenix Murphy. The Maternal Grandmother: Joyce "Nanny" Walsh, Paternal Grandfather : Jackie Murphy, His Maternal Great Grandmother: Selma Vines, His Aunt: Wendy Tester and His Uncle: Jamie Walsh. His special nurse: Michelle Shelton.
