Gloria Elaine Pealer, 77, of Elizabethton, TN passed away on March 16, 2025 after a brief illness. She was born September 3, 1947 in Knoxville, TN to W. A. "Bob" Corum and Ruby Mynatt Corum. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Pealer, her son, Robert A. Pealer, and her nephew, Eddie Bearfield.
Survivors include her daughter, Amber (Brad) Smith, Elizabethton; one sister, Janie Lewis, Denver, NC; two grandchildren, Dustin Pealer, Greeneville, and Kayla (Adam) Lewis, Elizabethton; one daughter in law, Sondra Pealer, Greeneville; one niece, Sarah (Andrew) Kendrick, Denver, NC; two nephews, Kerry Barker, Morristown, and Ricky (Rhonda) Bearfield, Chesnee, SC.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2025 at Washington County Memorial Gardens with Pastor Tyler Street and Pastor Travis Hurley officiating.  Music will be provided by Amy and Libby Ensor.
Active pallbearers  who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Friday will be: Dustin Pealer, Mike Shipley, Adam Lewis, Kerry Barker, Ricky Bearfield, and Tommy Verran.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to State of Franklin Healthcare Associates and Hannah and Maryann from Amedisys Hospice for their care of Elaine.
