Gloria Ann Bowers, 68, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 in the Franklin-Woods Hospital. She was born August 21, 1956 to the late Robert Wayne Lewis & Bessie Bowers.. She was a graduate of Unaka High School. She was a retired Landscaper. Her hobby was gardening.  She loved going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her significant other: Joe LeCates, A Brother: Michael Paul Bailey, Elizabethton, An Uncle (Verl (Mae) Bowers and several cousins. Her four legged furry buddy "Belia".

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2025 in Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Caldwell Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service.
