Glenn Eugene Bowman, Sr. 80, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1942 in Johnson City to the late Carl & Bessie Milhorn Bowman. Glenn had served in the National Guard. He was a retired truck driver. He loved to deal in cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Marion Vanover and Shirley Holden. He was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include Three Sons: Glenn E. Bowman, Jr and wife Lena, Donald Eugene Bowman and wife Wendy and Scott E. Bowman and wife Tammy. Two Grandchildren: Taylor E. Bowman and Andrew C. Bowman and wife: Stephanie. One Great Grandson: Aiden Bowman. Two Step-Daughters: Kim Larkins and Sherry Butler and husband: F.J..

It was his wish to be cremated and no services are planned.
