Resided in Elizabethton, TN.

Survived by her spouse William Goulas, 4 sons Conway Merchant, Temple Merchant, Brandon Merchant, Wilfred Keefe, daughter-in-law Virginia Sherling-Keefe, and 7 grandchildren.

She was a Graduate of Sacred Heart Catholic School in Wareham, Massachusetts, and a graduate of Barbizon Modeling and acting school Boston.
Frankie worked briefly as a telephone switch board operator until she discovered the hospitality industry. She was a waitress in many of New Englands iconic restaurants, and eventually owned her own restaurant in Portsmouth New Hampshire. Cooking was one of her greatest joys, only outweighed by serving those she loved with her meals. She retired from the food industry and became a successful entrepreneur of a notary business based out of Wells, Maine for many years. She not only joined many Maine and New Hampshire couples in love as an ordained minister, she helped close the paperwork of several homes in both states.

Frankie resided in Kittery, Maine for the majority of her life . She loved her rose garden and adored butterflies.
There was never enough twinkle and sparkle in her decor, nor a lack of anything purple. She loved it all.
She was a very caring and loving woman, and was the first to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. A truly gentle soul, that made those around her feel blessed to have known her.

Frankie was not only a quick wit, but a great problem solver, and an intelligent business woman. Frankie lived her life on her own terms, a stubborn survivor that showed what true grit and determination was in hard times. She was a unique soul, that will be missed greatly.

It is this loving husband and loving sons hope that you find peace after this life of hardships and struggles. A place you are most worthy of with no more pain.

From your son " I love you mom, always and forever, you will never be forgotten! I am going to miss your hugs when just needed, and those I got, will always be cherished".

It was her wish to be cremated and no services are planned.
