Frances Holland, 88, Roan Mountain passed to her Heavenly Home with her three girls holding her. She was one of 8 children born to Frank & Pearl Blevins of Tiger Creek.

Frances is survived by her daughter: Gay Nell (David) Tolley, Granddaughter: Emillie Davis & Kyle. Great Granddaughter: Olivia Whitehead & Raymond, Great Granadsons: Sam Gibbs & Harley, Jamie Tolley & Mary, David Allen Tolley & Kelly, Jeff Tolley & Becky and Jamie Glover. Her special neighbor: John L McKinney, several nieces and nephews. She is survived by two sisters: Pauline Brown, Roan Mountain and Arlene Guinn, Roan Mounain.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2024 in the Blevins Cemetery, Blevins Hollow, Tiger Creek with Pastor Randy English officiating. Pallbearers will be family.
