Elizabeth Ann Glover, 75, Hampton, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center.

She was born September 12, 1948 in Fort Hood, Texas to the late Thomas & Effie Shepard Stout. She had lived most of her life in Carter County. She was the first lady to be equipment operator with Summers-Taylor and also the first female member of the Hampton Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Department. She loved to work with crafts and ceramics. Ann was a member of Union Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Henry "Bud" Glover, a granddaughter: Gracie Largent and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her children: Heath (Donna) Largent, Dallas, Texas, Greg (Lisa) Largent, Roan Mountain and Daniel (Diane) Largent of the home. Four Grandchildren: Chris (Ryan) Rainey, Chelsi Largent, , and Amanda (Hunter) Buchanan and Hunter Largent. One Great Grandson. One Brother: Thomas "Tommy" Stout, Hampton. Several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Memorial Funeral Chapel is serving the Glover family.
