Edward Lonnie "PacMan" Cochran 69, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at his sons residence. A native of Welch, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Edward Lonnie & Virgie Cochran. He had lived in Elizabethton since he was 15 years old. He was a roofer and was employed at Floyd Storie Roofing for 35 years. He was an avid fisherman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Cochran also an infant brother, Walter Lee Cochran.

Survivors include a son: Michael (Tonda) Cochran and a daughter: Ashley Cochran. Three Grandchildren: Mikaila, Tegan and Austin Cochran. Four Sisters: Elizabeth Broomfield, Wilma Warner, Vickie Alexander and Sue Potter.
