Edward Con Easterly, 72, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born January 9, 1954 in Lebanon, Virginia to the late John and Nannie Alice King Easterly. He had lived a number of years in Elizabethton. He was a former employee of Hillview Nursing Home, Elizabethton. He was a graduate of Lebanon High School. He loved fishing, and coon hunting. He was a member of Highland Fellowship, Abingdon, Virginia.

Survivors include his wife: Della Easterly Proffitt. His Children: Doug Easterly, Natasha Easterly, Melissa Easterly, David Easterly and Beth Geoff. His Step-Sons: Michael Williams and Chris Smith. His Sisters: Dana Sue Statzer, Abingdon, Va., Patsy (Cecil) Roten, Abingdon, Va., Nancy Charles, Bristol, Va., Shirley Easterly and Johnny Easterly, both of Lebanon, Virginia. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. His Special Granddaughter: Hailey Williams and his special Grandson: Colton Williams. Several nieces and nephews.
