Charles Ernest (Rosie) Rosenbaum, 68, Elizabethton passed away at Sycamore Shoals Hospital on September 27, 2024. He is the son the late Clifford Tuck and Bessie Perkins Rosenbaum. He is also preceded in death his wife Georgia Rosenbaum; a sister, Emma Rosenbaum and a brother, Richard Rosenbaum. He was a truck driver and also served in the National Guard.

He was a beloved husband, father and Papaw; loved fishing and hunting with Mason and Johnny. He was loved by many and was a member of Unity Fellowship Church and a member of Masonic Lodge #622. He worked for the City of Elizabethton for 20 Years and was a member of Carter County Rescue Squad and of Bluff City Police Dept.

Survivors include: sister, Joyce Miller; children, Dexter Adkins (Lora), Rochelle Darnell (Mickey) and Johnny Hicks (Amy); Fiance, Patty Cornett; special grandson, Mason Hicks; nieces: Pam Sadowski and Lisa Miller; Grandchildren: Jeremy Simerly, Jessica Shetley, Dustin Simerly, Mallory Howell, and Heather Rodifer and 17 Great Grandchildren; Cousin Cecil Nelson (Melissa) and several cousins and family Members
