Devonia Mae McKeehan, 79, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at her residence. She was born April 4, 1947 in Banner Elk, North Carolina to the late Charles Ray & Mattie Lambert Lewis. She attended Hampton High School. She loved camping, traveling and most of all she loved her grandchildren and her beloved dog “Owen”. She was a member of Elizabethton Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Randy Ray McKeehan.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years: Bobby McKeehan. One Daughter: Lisa Young. Four Grandsons: Curtis Bradley McKeehan and wife Adrianne, Chase Young and wife Carollynn, Christopher Young and Dalton McKeehan. One Aunt: Selma Vines. Several cousins including a special cousin who was like a sister: Judy Harmon Campbell.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Todd Houston, Minister officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be: Curtis Bradley McKeehan, Chase Young, Christopher Young, Dalton McKeehan, Joey McKeehan and Mazan Rumthao. Music will be by the Congregation. Honorary Pallbearers will be her church family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Families Free, P .O. Box 5645, Johnson City, Tenn. 37602.
