Deborah Kay Miller, 71, Johnson City, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, September 17, 2026. She was born February 14, 1955 in Johnson City to the late Sammy Miller and Carrie Arrowood. She loved her church, Johnson City Baptist Temple. She also loved her family.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years: Larry Miller. Two Children: Stephen Lynn (Wendy) Miller and Matthew Miller. Four Grandchildren: Audrei, Bella, Noah and Hank Miller. Two Sisters: Wanda Arrowood and Betty Scalf. One Half Sister: Joyce Miller. Two Half Brothers: Jamie Miller and William Miller.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 21, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Monte Vista Burial Park. Pallbeares will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
