Deborah Kay Feathers, 65. Elizabethton, TN passed away on March 07, 2023 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Cecil and Grace Feathers Cash. She was born in Chicago, Illinois. Deborah was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, hiking and loved the beach. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Randall Feathers, Sr..

Those left to cherish her memory are her two children: Randall Lee Feathers, Jr. (Joy) of Jonesborough and Layla Mathena, of Telford. She was blessed with seven grandchildren: Corey, Laken, Gavin, Dawson (Brooke), Noah, Kaleigh, and Cheyenne and eight great grandchildren. She is survived by five siblings: Tim (Brenda) Cash of Elizabethton, Chris Cash, of Bristol, VA, Shelby (Paul) Church of Johnson City, TN, Sandy (Bill) Shepard of Pigeon Forge and Judy (Adolph) Munoz, of Chicago, IL and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at Memorial Funeral Chapel at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 12, 2023 with the Pastor Buddy Cretsinger, officiating. The family will have visitation for family and friends from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service. It was her wish to then be cremated.
