David Brian Brooks, 59, Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born December 19, 1963 in Fairfield, California to the late Louis Raynor & Barbara Annette Jones Brooks. He lived in Elizabethton for 17 years. He was a self employed Carpenter. David was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife: Darlene Louise Brooks who passed away June 3, 2023

Survivors include his children: Justin Brooks, Rebecca Hoyland Sarquis and Latish Hoyland. a Sister and three brothers.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 18, 2023 in the Garland Cemetery, Erwin with Rev. Joe Ledford officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Saturday to go in procession to the cemetery.
