Danny Dale Tolley, 70, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at his residence. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Sam & Flossie Miller Tolley. He was a 1972 graduate of Hampton High School. Danny was a retired shop manager. After his retirement he started a mowing business, Green Grass Lawn Care, which he enjoyed very much. He was a very hard worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Brenda Nave He loved fishing, watching John Wayne movies and spending time with his family and his faithful dog "Samson". Danny was a member of Beck Mountain Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years: Sandra Caldwell Tolley. One Daughter & Son-In-Law: Jennifer & Kenny Lowery. Two very special grandsons: Daniel Matheson and Nathan Moore.

It was his request to have a private burial service. Pastor Ronnie Campbell will be the Minister. Active Pallbearers will be; Daniel Matheson, Nathan Moore, Kenny Lowery, Brent Powell, Ryan Allison and Kyle Birchfield.
