Charlotte Elaine Reeser Walker, 65, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born February 23, 1958 in Johnson City to the late Orgil & Ada McInturff Reeser but had lived her entire life in Carter County. She was a graduate of Happy Valley High School and attended ETSU and also the University of Phoenix. Charlotte was employed at the Johnson City Power Board as a dispatcher. She also worked for the Carter County Sheriff Department as a road deputy and dispatcher. Also was employed at 911.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Alice Cloyd. She was a member of the Oak Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include a Son & Daughter-In-Law: Steven and April Walker. Two Grandchildren: Drake Edison Teague and Gunner Ray Walker. A Brother & Sister-in-Law: Ronnie & Debbie Reeser. One Sister & Brother-In-Law: Pat & Jim Warlick. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 28, 2023 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Joe Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in the Patton-Simmons Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be Employees and former Employees of the Carter County Sheriff Department, employees and former employees of 911 and employees of the Johnson City Power Board.
