Charlotte E. Hodge, 69, Hampton, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born January 9, 1955 in West Grove, Pa. To the late James Bernard and Audrey Phyllis Reynard Ehrhart. She had lived in Carter County since 1990. She was retired as a CNA from Hermitage Health Center. She enjoyed sewing, baking (Pumpkin logs and apple dumplins) and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Clyde H. (CJ)  Hodge, Jr. and a sister: Shirley Taylor.

Survivors include her daughters: Lori Markland & husband Kevin of Elizabethton and Chrissy Rhinehart and special friend Kenny of Greenville. Three Sisters: Audrey, Janice and Linda from Oxford, Pa. 8 Grandchildren: Jeffrey & Cheyenne, Punky & Julie, Walter & Caroline, Thomas & Billie, Chris & Kelci, Katie, Nicholas and Kelsey Key. 26 Great Grandchildren and 4 Angel Grandbabies, and special friends Karen & Bill Applegate and family

The family will celebrate her life at her residence Friday and Saturday between the hours of 12-7 p.m. Special thanks to the Carter County EMS & Staff of ER, Sycamore Shoals Hospital.
