Charles Eugene Winters, 89, Hampton, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026 at his residence. He was born January 3, 1937 n Carter County to the late Paul & Mildred Holdren Winters. He was retired from the United States Air Force. He was a self-employed businessman. He loved fishing, gardening, camping and listening to World Events. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife: Sylvia Winters, Two Sisters and Two Brothers. He was a Father figure to all who needed him.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years: Linda White Winters. His Children;

Marsha (John) Grindstaff, Kaitlin (Devon) Peters, Ashton Townson, Carolyn

Winters, Teresa Branham, Donna (John) Atkinson, Charles Winters, Jr., . Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also, a special Brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Harold Keller & Janet White.
