Cecil Darren Carver, 52, Johnson City, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 aat his residence. He was a native of Washington County. . He loved horses, Motorcyles and his dogs. He was preceded in death by his mother: Elwanda Presnell Carver and a brother: David Carver.

Survivors include two children: Brittany Carver and Gage Smith, His Father: Cecil Carver. A Sister: Sherry Carver and a brother: Terry Carver. Several uncles, aunts & cousins.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023 in the Markland Cemetery, Roan Mountain with Pastor Dean Presnell officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
