Catherine Leta Whitlock Pruitt, age 88, born in San Francisco CA, passed away from natural causes on August 3rd, 2023. Wife of Dr. BJ Pruitt from Elizabethton, TN who passed in September 2020.

They lived their lives mostly in MD pastoring a church for over 30 yrs where Cathy also played the church organ and then evangelizing out of FL for the next 20 yrs+

She is survived by her children Diana & husband Larry, Bobby & wife Sandy, Catrina, and Hilda & husband Jerry. Her 10 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren

Also survived by Her Aunt Lela (101 yrs old) & Cousin Kim & Family in CA

She was loved and respected by many and will be greatly missed.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Catherine will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 19, 2023 in Memorial Funeral Chapel Officiated by her grandson Rev Troy Guthrie.
