Bonnie J. Odom, 90. Telford, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Shell Creek, she was a daughter of the late Bernie & Ella Roark McCoury. She was retired from the JC Penneys Department Store. Bonnie loved to read the Bible. She was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Lewis Odom, one brother: Bobby McCoury and two sisters: Peggy Garland and Margaret Taylor.

Survivors include her children: Kathy (Clifford) LaFond, Telford, Tenn. And Carolyn Pullum, Elizabethton, and her son: Randy (Rose) Odom, Johnson City. Six Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandson. Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2023 in the Johnson-Roan View Cemetery, Roan Mountain. Active Pallbearers will be: David Peters, Sean Washington, Randy Berg and friends. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 1;15 p.m. Monday to go in procession to the cemetery.
