Bobby Gene Harmon, 74, Newland, North Carolina passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Lakebridge, A Waters Community, Johnson City. He was born January 12, 1951 in Crossnore, North Carolina to the late John W. & Florence Odom Harmon. He was a retired Carpenter. He loved fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Pentecostal Apostolic Christian Church, Newland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister: Shirley Franklin and three brothers: Johnny Ray, Sammy Pete and Little David.

Survivors include One Sister: Pricella Letterman & Husband Dwayne and a brother: Dale Harmon and wife: Sherry. Three Children: Lori Wright, Benjamin Harmon and Dianna Cleek. One Granddaughter: Katrina Ward.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, August 18, 2025 in the Fork Mountain Cemetery, Newland with Pastor David Adkins officiating. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 1:50 p.m. Monday for the graveside service.
