It is with great sadness that the family of Blenda Hester, Unicoi announces her death.

She passed away peacefully sleeping Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the Christian Care Center of Unicoi. Blenda was born April 28, 1953 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Elizabethton.

Blenda attended Church at East Side Free Will Baptist Church and Southside Free Will Baptist. Blenda had lots of friends but one become a sister to her, Sandy Carr. Blenda loved to talk about her stories she watched daily, Jesus, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Blenda is survived by her two children: Roy (Racheal) Jenkins and Amanda (Matthew) Galleher. Along with five brothers: Gary Clemons, Billy (Lisa) Clemons, Timmy (Tina) Clemons, Jerry Clemons and Michael (Rebecca) Clemons. Three Sisters: Barbara Taylor, Robin (Richard) Guy, and Vickie Frye. Ten Grandchildren: Lacey (Adam) Gill, Jacey (Ernesto) Soto-Reyes, Gracey, Marshall, Jim, Roy Jr., Raven, Gabe, Tatum and Aurora. Two Great Great Grandchildren: Darlene and Daisy.

Blenda was blessed with several nieces and nephews. She has reunited with both parents, Jack and Alma Clemons, two brothes: Jeff Clemons and Richard Clemons. -. One Sister-in-Law: Barbara Clemons , Blenda's husband of 14 years Daniel Muniz.

There will be a small tribute at a later time to celebrate her life. Blenda would want everyone to learn of Christ and be saved so she could see you once again, oh what a day it will be.
