Blake Alexander Hill, 22, of Elizabethton passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. Born on April 17, 2002 to April Raney and Christopher Birchfield. Blake was a graduate of Hampton High School Class of 2020 where he was a snare drummer in the band. He was employed at Colorworks where he worked with his dad, aunt, and a few friends: Cash, Gary, and Troy. His interests included, but not limited to: music, video games (especially Kingdom Hearts), and time spent with his daughter, family, and friends.

Blake is survived by his wife and daughter, Shyann and Riley Hill; his mother and her fiance, April Raney and Johnny Davis; his dad and stepmother, Christopher and Heather Birchfield; his siblings: Gabriel Birchfield, Zaley Birchfield, Jaxson Davis, and Carissa Morgan- mother of his nephew, Carter Liverman; his maternal grandfather, Jerry Raney; his paternal grandmother, Hattie Pizzala (and husband, Vernon Pizzala). Along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins, such as: Angela and Adam Davis, Angela and Joe Raney, Robert "Budder" Richardson, Mackenzie Birchfield, Bethany Raney, Issaiha Raney, Joseph Raney, Ashley Rexrode, Laken Smithpeters, and many more.

Blake was preceded in death by important family members, such as: Jady Birchfield, Callie Morgan, Burl Richardson, and Jason Richardson.

Funeral Services will be Friday, March 28, 2025 at Memorial Funeral Chapel. The family will receive family and friends at 12pm, with the service at 1pm and interment following immediately after at Stout Cemetery in Roan Mountain. Pallbearers will be: Chris Birchfield, Issaiha Raney, Joshua Munday, Troy Austin, Kaiser Gouge, Jeffery "Jj" Hatley, Hunter Haynes, and Josh Stout. Honorary pallbearers will include: Adam Davis, Johnny Davis, Robert "Budder" Richardson, Chris Morgan, Johnny Price, Cody Elliott, Hunter Hill, and Malachi Short.
