Billy Mack Presnell, 90, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2026 at his residence. He was born October 12, 1935 in Banner Elk, North Carolina to the late Harmon Garfield & Bonnie Grace Guinn Presnell. He had lived most of his life in Johnson City. He had worked for Appalachian Oil Company. He was a member of the Full Gospel Holiness Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Patsy Edna Bales Presnell., three sisters: Hazel Lambert, Marie Jenkins and Grace Reed and two brothers: Paul and Shearill Presnell. He loved going to church.

Survivors include Two Daughters: Billie Kindziera and Robin Casey, one son: Johnny Presnell. Five Grandchildren: Amber Kindziera, Andrea Kindziera, Aaron Kindziera, Brandon Casey and Chloe Casey. Three Great Grandchildren: Anthony Kindziera, Kellin Tester and Novalyn Casey. Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Terry Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in Washington County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Friday prior to the service.
