Betty Jane Kiser Clark, 86, Johnson City, passed away Monday, July 20, 2026 in the Life Care Center of Elizabethton. She was born December 16, 1939 in Watauga, Tenn. to the late Roy Cloves & Helen Fagan Kiser. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three children: Timothy Clark, Rose Clark Lyons and Benny Clark and his wife Barbara Haslett Clark.

Survivors include her husband of 69 years: Ben Clark. Three Grandchildren: Thane Clark, Aaron Clark and Tera Clark. Her Daughter-In-Law: Elizabeth Clark. Three Sisters: Kay Price, Karen Pearman and Melody Grindstaff and Three Brothers: Larry (Joan) Kiser, Mike (Katie) Kiser and Robert Kiser. Several nieces and nephews. Also her little furry friend her cat :”Pity”.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2026 in Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Steven Davis officiating. Active Pallbearers will be: Thane Clark, Aaron Clark, Larry Kiser, Robert Kiser, Jason Pearman and Larry Price. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 noon Monday.
