Belva Dean White, 82, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, May 19, 2023 in the Hillview Health Center. A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Chalmer & Hazel Garland White. She was a graduate of Unaka high School. Belva Dean retired in 1992 from Alcatel USA. She was a member of New Liberty Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Two Sisters: Mary Lou Cole Davenport and Evelyn Andes and Two Brothers: Dallas and Tony White and a Nephew: Gary Wayne White. She loved to work Cross Word Puzzles and Card Games.

Survivors include Two Sisters; JoAnne (Delbert) Reese and Thelma (James) Nutter and Two Brothers: Richard (Carolyn) White and Roger White. Several nieces and nephews. Two Sisters-In-Law: Diane White and Wanda White.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 27, 2023 in the Blevins Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Greer officiating. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 9:50 a.m. Saturday. Condolences may be sent to the family at our web-site www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
