Arthur Glen Arnold, 85, Elizabethton, TN passed away peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. He was a 1959 Graduate of Unaka High School.
Glen had an unquenchable thirst for the outdoors. He would spend time gardening, mowing or just setting on his front pouch. He loved to cruise and have family cookouts for any occasion. He could always be found in the evenings enjoying spinning yarns with the "Barn Crew." He was a member of Dungan Chapel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Bernice Arnold; two daughters Lisa Heaton, Robin Arnold (Tom). Two granddaughters Prenthia Buckles (Joe) and Cassandra Loveday (Josh). Five Beautiful great granddaughters Mollie, Addilyn, Sadie Mae, Willow and Wrenly. Two Special nieces Teresa Arnold and Debbie Stout (Jeff). One sister Annie Robertson (Muril) children Matt, Jay and Suzanne.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents Clayton Arnold and Eula Estep Arnold. Two brothers Leonard Arnold (Liz) and Dennis Arnold (Phyllis).
Lovingly known as "The Old Man" your love for family and gardening will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted on Saturday May 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mausoleum of Peace, Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastors Eric Wright and Teddy Lewis officiating. Active Pallbearers will be the Mens Sunday School Class, Dungan Chapel Baptist Church. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the "Barn Crew". Family and friends will assemble at the Mausoleum of Peace at 9:50 a.m. Saturday. A Special Thank You to all Family and Friends that helped throughout his illness.
