Anna Blanche Hoss Tolley, 85, Johnson City, went home to be with her Lord, Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born December 5, 1940 in Washington County. She was a 1959 graduate of of Lamar High School. She was employed at the Washington County School System, Snap On Tools and Sperry Ratheon.. She loved being a homemaker and her church that she was a member of for many years Fairview Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Two brothers: Jim Hoss and Hubert Hoss.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years: Donald M. Tolley. Her Children: Gordon Keith (Janet) Tolley, Limestone, and Joseph Kent Tolley, Johnson City One Granddaughter: Stephanie Tolley. Three Brothers: Mike Hoss, Steve Hoss and Eddie Hoss. Several nieces and nephews.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Anna will be conducted at 6 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2026 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Whitehead and Pastor Tim Broyles officiating. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, September 6, 2026 in the Tolley-Willis Cemetery. Music will be provided by Beth Stevens. Active Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the 2300 Wing, Johnson City Medical Center for the excellent care she received. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday prior to the service. Family and friends will assemble at the cemetery at 2:50 p.m. Sunday.
