Ann S. Vance, 80, Elizabethton, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born July 24, 1944 in Hearne, Texas. She had lived in Carter County since 1984.She was employed at the Accommodation Center, Beech Mountain for 20 years. She loved to paint, cook and crochet. She was a member of a Christian Church in Hearne, Texas.

Survivors include her Husband of 45 years : Kelly Vance, A Son: David Shaw and wife Crys, Hearne, Texas, A Daughter: Caren Bundrick & husband Ricky, Waco, Texas. A Step-
Daughter: Tara Lee Gutierroz, Tucson, Arizona, A Step-Son: Brian Vance and wife Marie, Tucson, Texas. A Brother: Joe Smith, Dallas, Texas. Several Grandchildren.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of 2100 ICU-PCU Intensive Care Unit-Progressive Care Unit.
