Our beloved Amy Lynn Dalton, age 54, Elizabethton went to be with the Lord, Sunday, June 11, 2023 at her residence. Amy greatly enjoyed crafting, working in her flowers, vegetable plants, and being with her family, friends, and pets. Amy worked in the school system for several years during her time in Baltimore, Maryland.

Amy presently was a member of Beck Mountain Baptist Church and cherished her church family.

Amy was preceded in death by her Step-Father: Steve S. Takos, Jr. and her Grandparents: Joyce & Hugh Dalton and Steve S. Takos, Sr. and Mamie (Mae) M. Takos of Baltimore, Maryland.

Those left to cherish her wonderful memory are her Mother: Nancy R. Takos, her son: Brent J. Vettel both of Elizabethton. Her Aunts: Teresa A.( Jack) Lubman, Jane E. (John) Cottrell of Baltimore, MD, her great aunt: Dolores Hart of Elizabethton. Her Cousins: Jessica R. (Gabiel) Gentile, Corbin P. Cottrell and special cousins and friend,Teresa E. Purdham of Baltimore, MD Cousins: Philip and Judith Nave, Jerry & Michelle Bowers, Beverly Blevins, Charlotte E. Skelton and Renee McNeely of Elizabethton. Half Sister: Terry L. Lowery, a Step-Sister: Cindy L. Shifflett of Baltimore, MD, Step-Brother: Steve S. Takos, III of Jonesborough, Tn. And many other friends and relatives.

We would especially thank our family, neighbors and church family for their many kindnesses to our family. Amy was a blessing to all who knew and loved  her.
