Amanda Mabel Jenkins, 49, Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 in the Johnson City Medical Center. She was born May 18, 1976 in High Point, North Carolina but had lived most of her life in Carter County. She loved her dogs especially Red and loved to play games. She was preceded in death by her father: Vaughn Junior Jenkins.

Survivors include her son: Elvia Ray Koester, Step- Daughter: Amber Willey, Step-Grandchildren: D.J. Willey, Brantlie Williams and Addy Willey. Her Mother: Charlotte Jenkins. Four Brothers: Timothy Edward Jenkins, Curtis Vaughn Jenkins, Dustin Storm Jenkins and Tyler Christopher Jenkins. Three Sisters: Penny Elaine Ayers, Connie Lucinda Jenkins and Megan Brooke Bowers.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2025 in the Pearl Bowers Cemetery. Pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
