Our beloved brother and uncle Alvin Whitehead ran into heaven on January
27,2025 after a short illness. Alvin was born September 8, 1957 to the late
Pauline and Narvel Whitehead. He was 67 years old.
Born with the challenges he faced, Alvin lived each day to the
fullest. He loved to make others smile, and to tell them about his Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. Alvin's wish was to see people come to know Jesus as
their lord and savior.
For the last six years of his life Alvin enjoyed living at Ivy Hall
Nursing Home, where the staff became our family. We would like to thank
each and every single one who cared for him, and loved him as their own.
The residents, and staff will always be family to us.
He was proceeded in death by his twin brother Calvin Whitehead and his
parents, Pauline and Narvel Whitehead. Alvin is survived by his caring
sister Angela Matice, and his beloved niece Bethany Isaacs. Family and
friends are welcome to come by the home of Bethany Isaacs 3308 Gap Creek
Road Hampton Tennessee 37658.
We'd also like to thank the staff of Sycamore Shoals ER and the 2nd
floor nurses for taking wonderful care of him in his final days.
Jeremiah 17:14 "Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I
will be saved." Alvin received his healing.
A service for Mr. Whitehead will be on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 2 p.m.

at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Greg Whitehead, Officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service and interment

will follow at Whitehead Cemetery in Hampton, TN. Condolences may
